Is the non-commercial license correct in these two cases?

Hey guys, been using EE for a while and love it.

We just got 2 new clients that I need to buy a license for.

One is a borough (local government) and one is a downtown association. I assume I can use the non commercial for both? Neither are involved in commercial activities as far as I can tell.

The downtown association is a 501(C)(3) and their job is to bring business to all the stores and restaurants in the town. And the borough, is of course a borough…

So let me know which license I need, thanks!

Hi 717studios, and welcome to the forums!

Yes, non-profit, public and government institutions are welcome to use the Non-Commercial license. We appreciate you seeking clarification, and please let me know if you have any other questions.
