I believe I recieved a message from your staff saying that I would have to wait for the next upgrade to see any changes. I reached out to Hipcast as well and they said they were trying to work with EE support to rectify the issue. That was 3 weeks ago. At this point, I may just have to find another alternative.

Did they say who they were working with? I don’t see any mention in your trouble ticket about this.
You can download the 2.1.4 beta version and test that locally .. HowTo Download the EE 2.1.4 beta
