    I have a field “blogBody” for my body content which has this in it

    <p>This is a <a href="http://www.studioskylab.com">test</a></p>

    And when I output

    {embed:blogBody}

    I get:

    <p>This is a <a href="/div"></a></p>

    If “</div” is a link in firefox source which says invalid url.

    I have turned of auto URL’s for the weblog and auto convert ascii text etc.

    I have tried a number of types of field textarea with XHTML to Wygwam and allowed all HTML for the weblog.

    This is the first time I’ve ever come across this.

    Hope someone can be of help.

    Regards
    Jonny

    Since you’re providing all of the markup yourself change the field formatting to “None”.

    I tried that initially, make no difference. Thanks anyway.

    Ive just made a further discovery. I am passing the field data into an embedded template using:

    blogBody=”{blogBody}”

    Then I use {embed:blogBody} to display it in the emmbedded template.

    This is where the problem occurs. I outputted {blogBody} in the index.php template and the link is intact and as it should be it seems that the {embed:blogBody} is converting output somehow.

    Hope someone can be of help.

    It’s always something simple. After discovering it was the embed variable, if I pass the embed variable with single quotes it works.

    DOH
