After trying to update EE to the latest version I’m nolonger able to access the EE control panel. The error I’m getting seems to be member-centric. The site runs fine but no matter what I try I can’t access the control panel. I even rolled back the database from a backup and uploaded the EE 2.1.2 files, but still getting this error.

    A Database Error Occurred

    Error Number: 1054

Rolled back to 2.1.1 and things work fine again. Not sure what’s going on with 2.1.3

You did run the actual update as well, I suppose? Were the changes to the db made as expected?

I tried to run the update (2.1.3) but it didn’t seem to work. The update jumped to the part where it tells you to remove the “installer”. There was no notification of the database being updated.

    Darcy,

Can you confirm you followed all steps in your version update please. Double check permissions, theme updates etc.

What permissions specifically does your config file have?
