Hopefully by now you’ve solved the desire to fall asleep problem. If not, here is another, more healthy, option: peppermint essential oil. It’s very strong. It’s cheap. You can keep a bottle in your pocket or purse. It helps you stay awake and stay focused. As a side bonus, it also is great for fever and nausea. Its very cooling to tired muscles - almost freezing actually. You simply open up the bottle and take a tiny whiff - not a big one, its very strong. Or, you can put a drop on your wrist or the back of your neck. Be careful and never get it in or near your eyes. They will water like crazy. You will be wide awake. But you will also be in pain. So, after you’ve put some on, wash your hands and don’t get them near your eyes for awhile. You can also put a drop or 2 on a cotton ball or pad and tape it to an air vent. It will make the whole room smell like peppermint. (I do that in my kid’s room when he has a fever). Anyway, best of luck staying awake.
