    This question may be related to a resolved thread.

    I have the same basic problem, only I am using 2.1.1. Not sure what I should do?

    [EDIT]

    Sorry thought there would be more there.

    I have the query module installed, but I get this error when I try and use it.

    Error

    The following tag cannot be processed:

    {exp:query}

    Please check that the ‘query’ module is installed and that ‘query’ is an available method of the module

    Hi yankeyhotel,

    Can you go ahead and upgrade to 2.1.2 to ensure we’re working with a fresh set of files?

    I updated, but now I am getting an error.

    Your system folder path does not appear to be set correctly. Please open the following file and correct this: index.php

    And when I change it to the right address I get this error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare EE_Template::_parse_var_single() in /.../.../..._system/expressionengine/libraries/Template.php on line 4136

    (... is replacing real address)

    My system folder is outside of the web root, and it is pointed at the correct location. My admin section is still working fine though?

    Hi yankeyhotel,

    Can you try completely deleting the system/expressionengine/libraries directory and re-uploading it from the 2.1.2 package? It sounds like you might still have some old files up there.

    Excellent, yankeyhotel! Going ahead and closing but don’t hesitate with any further questions.
