oh no, i just wish to share my application and codes to the world. But the domain seems to be for Indonesian only maybe.. can you assist me how to set up and propagate the domain? I registered the domain on 25 November 2010 in Anonymous DNS Server from hosting service corporate in my country.

It’s something the hosting service should do (if they are configured correctly). With a “legit” company it should be as simple as register the domain and point it’s nameserver entries to your hosting provider’s nameservers.

Regardless, if this is an open source project that you would like others to assist with, I recommend hosting it somewhere like Bitbucket or Github. This will provide you the source control benefits of Mercurial or Git (respectively), allow people to fork your project, make changes and submit pull requests (which makes accepting contributions from others trivial).
