This is pretty late in the game, but I thought I’d offer to head one up if there was anyone interested. Reddit.com runs a secret santa (as well as an arbitrary day, half-way through the year) and it’s always a ton of fun.
Basic premise: You signup, stating you intend to send a gift to the person you are matched with, on a given date everyone is randomized and matched, your information is passed along and then you get a sweet gift from some random member of the CodeIgniter community.
So, any interest? We’d be looking at a 2-3 day signup period, 1 week shopping/shipping period, to get gifts out by 18-19 December. Let’s say target price around $20?
