You can try pyrocms http://pyrocms.com as it includes a blog / news module. I also think fuelcms includes one too.

Thanks for the reply.I have used pyrocms form long time. It is best cms in ci. But I’m in need of pure blog.I am thinking to start of my own if there aren’t any available in ci.
