I have a site that I have to keep on EE 1x due to some plugins that aren’t available for 2x yet. I just updated the site to EE 1.7 from EE 1.6.8. The update was successful and I made it to the success page. After the update I clicked on Optimize Tables as recommended by the updater. Once I clicked that button i just got a blank white page (in Safari) and it just sat on the white page for 10 min or so. I closed the window since it seemed that something was wrong. Now when I visit my login page, I just get a blank white page. I tried viewing the login page in Safari and Firefox, and all I get is a blank white page.
