    Hi

I have run into an issue where the template shows content that is out-dated.

    What happens:

    1. Create template A with content >> view template A = content renders
    2. Delete/change content of template A >> view template A = unchanged content renders

The funny thing is that the changes take effect in both: the database as well as in the back end template editor. However rendering the template in the browser shows the old content. Searching for the content in the db shows no result for the old content.

I tested it with a couple of different template groups (all web pages)

Luckily its not effecting general entries.

I cleared caches of EE and the browser.

The website is running on IIS and mysql 5.0.19 and EE 1.6.8

    Any ideas?

Here’s what I’d test—create a standalone .php file with some text. View the page. Then edit the .php file and view it again. Does the content change? Then it would be a server issue. Give it a try.

It was all going pear-shaped on that server even more, so I moved the entire site to a non IIS server upgraded to 1.7 and its all running smoothly again. IIS is scary.
    Cheers
