Does anyone know of a way (plug-in perhaps) to automatically get any instance of a particular word in the body copy of a blog to link to a particular URL? For example, if a user regularly refers to tractors in their posts, the word ‘tractors’ automatically links to their tractor page.

Don’t know why ‘tractors’ came to mind but you get my drift hopefully.

    Cheers
    Bruce.

Hi, Bruce. I’m going to move this to the CodeShare Corner for additional community support. I’ve had clients that used third party programs to do this, but they weren’t EE based. You might also want to look on Devot-ee.com.

Thanks Sue. Did look on Devot-ee but didn’t find anything.

    How about the acronym module?

Yes. Very good. That’ll save me an expected four days work creating hyper-links throughout a vast website ... do I tell the client though?
