I have trackbacks enabled in the section preferences for a blog of a website and I am using the following code to display the Trackback URL:
Trackback URL: {exp:trackback:url}However, the page says that:
Trackback URL: Trackbacks are disabled for this entry
Am I missing something here?

Just like comments trackbacks, too, need to be enabled for each entry. Have you turned them on for this particular one?

Hi, Forrest. Which build/version of EE1.x are you using? You can find that out at the bottom of any control panel page.
Is this site slated to be upgraded to EE2.x? As you know, trackbacks have been discontinued in EE2.x.

If you can, please upgrade to the latest version of EE 1.x so that we can rule out any problems that have subsequently been fixed.
