I have MSM installed.
Is there any way to change these settings on a PER SITE basis?
Admin > System Preferences > Tracking Preferences
When I update them it seems to change for all sites.
Which is horribly unhelpful.
Can set something in the config file to override this behaviour?

Hi, Adam. This would make a great Feature Request. Unfortunately I don’t know of a workaround in either EE1.x or EE2.x.
