    Hi all,

Please let me know if this isn’t the right place for this question as it’s not strictly related to EE itself.

Anyway, has anyone tried DevDemon’s “Channel Images” add-on *and* Pixel & Tonic’s “Matrix” add-on?

They both seem like they’d do what I’m after, assuming I can’t create a gallery with EE only.  Channel Images is less than half the price of Matrix which makes it quite attractive.

Can anyone comment on which is better (in your opinion) and why?

    Thanks!

I looked at Channel Images for our Adventure site, but ended up with Matrix because I could use Matrix for other things (like allowing multiple videos per entry).  Channel Images has some nice features (like bulk upload) but we didn’t expect to need to upload dozens of images at a time.

Great!  It’s always good to get feedback from a recognised & respected member of the EE community.  Thanks Mike.  😊
