Hi Charlie,
Just purchased Tubee, but the latest downloadable version is 1.40 and not 2.10?
Cheers Stefan

Stefan,
Both versions should be there… Just uploaded it again in case there’s an issue from before. Can you look again?
Thanks,
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Nope, the Licenses/download-tab still displays version ‘TubEE 1.40’.
Cheers,
Stefan

Stefan,
I’ve let the folks at devot:ee know, seems to be a bug with their site. I’ll keep you posted. They’re on US time so we won’t hear until about 1600 or 1700 GMT/UTC.

I have the same issue - purchased Tubee and got 1.4 version. i did not realize at first until my test template using the {tubee_view_count} tag implied that tag did not exist.

Ok all, I’ve got to the bottom of this. Basically Devot-ee have a Matrix field for downloads but at present only one will show if you put more than one in. On that advice I’ve deleted the older version. If anyone wants a version without jQuery for the CMS they’ll need to ask me directly now. Enjoy 😊

Thanks for sorting access to the 2.1 release.
However I am now getting a php error
Severity: Notice
Message: Undefined index: view_count
Filename: tubee/ft.tubee.php
Line Number: 436
I am using a youtube channel

The problem is the cache - having updated the plugin to 2.1 you need to clear out the existing old cache. Even when I deleted and re-introduced the video content - the cache was still coming into play and because the older version did not have the view count stored I was getting the php index error.

I’ve sorted the caching (now uses version of TubEE as part of cache hash, so it will never use a cache file created by an earlier version of TubEE) and release version 2.2.0 of TubEE, which also adds Dailymotion support and a *slightly* improved video selection interface (rounded corners, wider filter box, more changes to that coming soon).
Go here to get the latest version.

Its broken - just updated to 2.2.0 and on publish page you only get the title tag for the tubee field - and no access to select/delete the video.
See my screenshot - the field is called video and the content is blank

Hey folks,
I am going to need to ask you to move this support off-site, as per our Guidelines. You are welcome to include a link to where you are continuing the troubleshooting.
Thank you,
-Lisa

Dooper3
Can you please look at your devot-ee.com support pages for tubee and respond. Your 2.2 version needs fixing or 2.1 providing.
