I have a possible sale for an EE 1.XX license but hard pressed to find a way to buy it.
I can make EE 1.xx dance for the potential customer, but sadly EE 2 is another story.
Too bad that EE 2 did an “Apple dance” and abandoned previous users for glorious “improvements” without regards to customer needs and loyalty!

EE 1 is included with EE 2 non-commercial and commercial. After you purchase, click to download EE 2, then under the license agreement, choose the EE 1 download option.

We still fully support EE 1, including bug fixes, technical support, availability for download, and inclusion with the EE 2 licenses listed above. We have certainly not abandoned our EE 1 users.
