Hi Kliniek,
Unfortunately IE is going to be slower than other browsers; this is well known. We are definitely looking at ways to improve performance in all browsers in future versions of the control panel, but IE is always going to lag behind. If you have a very complex Publish page it would make sense to use a faster browser.
