According to the docs, I should have an option to change the control panel URL under General Config, but this option is simply missing.
I am using MSM and have a setting in the config.php file for this—is it expected behavior not to be able to modify it in the control panel?

Can you please try to replace all of your files, particularly the cp theme files? Upgrade to the latest version and build in the process if you haven’t done so yet, please.
