Hi,
For some reason the img html button is not being added to the format buttons in publish/edit entries.
I’m using version 2.1.1,
Channel preferences are set to Display Rich Formatting Buttons = yes
and custom fields prefs: Show Formatting Buttons is set to yes.
If I remove say the bold button that works and adding it back in works, add all other buttons work but not the img one for some reason.

What build of EE2.1.1 are you using?
Was this an upgrade or a fresh install?
Does your img button appear under in HTML Formatting Buttons in your Account Control Panel

Thanks for the welcome and I must say thank you to everybody involved in making Expression Engine it is a fabulous product which continually amazes me.
The version is 20101020 and is a fresh install, yep it’s appearing in the account control panel.
Ah, I have just solved it! - I needed to add an upload directory destination before it would appear, it is now working fine
