Hi. I need to add another site license for an MSM 1.1 installation. I’ve seen posts which say I need to do a free upgrade, but when I view my purchases I’m only able to download the 1.1 version again. If I do have to upgrade (ugh), how do I do so?

Hi, Marcus -
You simply need to upgrade the available license, not your actual site. Go to our store and go through the free upgrade process for MSM. Then go and download the MSM and look for the EE 1 folder, which contains the files compatible to your EE 1.7 install.
