I have a SAEF,  and it seems that when the user misses a required field,  the link (“Return to Previous Page”) takes them back to the form,  but erases all of the data they’d been working on…

I can replicate this in Firefox on Mac,  but not in Safari (which remembers the field data).

Any ideas what could cause this?  This can’t be the default/expected behavior, right?

I’m afraid this is a browser-related issue: As you have seen, some keep the previously filled web forms, some don’t.
