Today we’re releasing a new MojoMotor addon we think is pretty cool: MojoBlocks. MojoBlocks is a widget-like addon for MojoMotor that allows you to create blocks of different types of content - RSS feeds, Twitter streams, H blocks, HTML, etc. We have 13 blocks that come with MojoBlocks and it supports creating third party ones as well.
We’ve tried to emphasize two things: value and control. MojoBlocks is $15, and you get a ton of functionality for the price. Also, MojoBlocks gives you control over what your client can edit: default values for blocks can be set and hidden from the edit panel. If you don’t want a client to edit the block, simply remove the mojoblock div from around it after your create the block.
