Any chance someone can explain what the ‘new_topic_search’ is or does. I’m currently getting ‘no search results’ when I click on the link in the forums in a site that I’ve just been asked to fix/tweak.
Is there a time frame that needs to elapse before I see anything?

The “new topic” search display threads that are “new” to you, i.e. didn’t exist the last time you visited the forums and don’t exceed a certain age.
