    Hi there,

    I’ve updated my EE2 install (running on MAMP) to: EE2.1.1 / 20101018

When deleting an entry under the “content > edit entries” tab, the following error shows:

    A Database Error Occurred

    Error Number: 1146

    Table 'nnf11.exp_comment_subscriptions' doesn't exist

    DELETE FROM exp_comment_subscriptions WHERE `entry_id` = '37'

    Filename: libraries/api/Api_channel_entries.php

    Line Number: 540

    « Back

I checked the MYSQL database, and the “exp_comment_subscriptions” table hasn’t been created.

When I go back (using browser back button), and press the “delete” button again, the entry is deleted successfully. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hey Ellislab!

Sorry, my silly mistake - performed a build upgrade instead of a version upgrade.

So, all rosy - no problems here!

    Thanks,
    Jack

Hi, Jack. Did you have comments previously?

    Hey Sue,

I did yes but, as I mentioned, I suspect the exp_comment_subscriptions table wasn’t being created because I had performed a build not a version update.

So, my apologies for wasting your time, all is working perfectly now - the new comments module is great!

    Thanks,
    Jack
