We upgraded to EE 2 early, and we are still working on the 2.0 site (gallery converter anyone??). However now we don’t get security updates as we can’t even pay for 1.X support (it claims we have no v1 licenses whereas during the beta it listed two).

Disturbed to see the security bulletin for 1.7 and we can’t upgrade to it. There needs to be a solution (paid or unpaid) for established sites that are not yet transitioned

When you download a copy of EE 2 you are given the choice (via radio button) to download EE 1.x instead. I just tried it and got EE 1.7 as expected.
