Just ran into this problem on a new install on shared hosting at Network Solutions. It worked the very first time, but stopped after that. I do have a cache folder and it has 2 files. One has a cache of the tweets from the first time. The other had the error. Any updates on this?
EDIT: This is the error on the Template Debugger…

It’s not working because of the rate limit, but why is the Cache file invalid? I can see a cache file in the folder…If it would show old tweets that would be better than nothing.
