    Hello

Apologies for tagging this as urgent but our site is not working due to this error.

    MySQL ERROR:

    Error Number: 1054

Description: Unknown column 'site_id' in 'where clause'

    Query: SELECT * FROM exp_ff_fieldtypes WHERE site_id = "1" AND enabled = "y"

I was trying to update some plugin/extension files (Fieldframe) but I didn’t disable the extension before replacing them via FTP and now when I look at the site I see this error. I tried to roll back the files to their older versions but still no luck.

I cannot login to the control panel either (same error) so I’m a little unsure how to fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    All the best,
    Uncommon Knowledge LLP

    Uncommon Knowledge,

I don’t believe you need to disable that extension before updating it. Just replacing the files with newer ones works. Unfortunately we do not support third-party add-ons here. You will need to head to Brandon’s support site for help. I know he is travelling at the moment but is still answering his support requests.

This has been fixed. Turns out the latest version of FieldFrame wasn’t uploaded and it was an older version. Once the new files were uploaded everything worked absolutely fine. 😊
