How would I remove index.php from the URL on a CGI/FastCGI server that doesn’t seem to support mod_rewrite?

Unfortunately we can’t support such server side rewrites, with or without mod_rewrite. I’ll move this thread to the CodeShare Corner so other users have a chance to chime in. Thanks.
