[SOLVED] Search Results = Site Error?

    This seems like it should be simple.
    EE 1.6.9, MSM module.

    The MSM is being used to make subdirectories as the separate sites.

    If I put in {exp:search:search_results} - the site goes down - no matter the URL, it throws up the default “your search has no results”.

    The search results is contained inside an if:else - the initial if is the default home page, the else should be the search results, so even when the “else” would never be hit - it still shows the “failed search results”

    Any ideas?

    Edit:

    If I move “search” into it’s own template, the site stops dropping, so now I’m down to figuring out why search is failing, period.

    ...I don’t know what I did, but now I’ve got results! Confused, but satisfied.
