Hi,

This problem maybe related to 2 resolved threads: one + two.

After upgrading our client’s 1.6.8 install to 1.6.9 we noticed that publishing new entries would result in not displaying the {page_uri} and {page_url} values on the front end.
Also changing an existing entry’s {page_url} will not show the change on the front end.

I tried to re-upload all the files of the latest EE 1.6.9 build (20100805) and tried to setup a minimal template with some basic code, like John Henry suggested in the above mentioned threads but these measures did not result in a solution.

Hope anyone can help.

Are you using any extensions or other third-party add-ons? In the past this particular issue has always been the result of a corrupted file. My suggestion would be to delete your files from the server and re-upload a freshly downloaded set.
