I am having problems uploading files using the file manager of the Control Panel.

The problem it displays is:

PHP Error was encountered

Severity: Warning

Message: require_once(/www/eh12857/public_html/system/expressionengine/config/CI_mimes.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Filename: helpers/file_helper.php

The problem is that I do not have the file CI_mimes.php which is called from file_helper.php.  According to the logs, CI_mimes.php was taken out on EE 2.1.  I lost the file when I was upgrading to EE 2.1 from the Beta version. During the upgrading process, I had a problem so i decided to cancel it. Everything works fine on the site and the CP, except for file manager.

How can I fix this problem?

What build are you on now?

I would recommend doing a build update even if just to refresh your files.
Make sure to replace system/expressionengine/config/mimes.php with the latest from your download when doing the build update.

Also make sure you have also update your themes directory
