On the wiki module is it possible to change the submit/edit form so you don’t have to type in something like this: [[Category:Sandwiches]] and use a formatting text option like the form I’m using to post this message?
also can you add attachments to a wiki article?

It is possible to install a WYSIWYG editor on your Wiki see here for one method. You will still need to type your [[Category:Sandwiches]]though.
If you use the MarkitUp editor you should be able to make your own buttons. For example create a button that would give you opening [[Category: and a closing ]]
also can you add attachments to a wiki article?
