I currently use DW to update my site, but I use it as an editor (and for CSS).
I have dropbox for all my files.
    I host at pair.com.
I run 4 or 5 sites out of pair. 3 of which are in my 1.6.X EE install using MSM (one of these is totally dormant but still live).
All image editing is done in gallery or Photoshop.

I am thinking of changing my workflow.

I own TextMate. I am thinking of buying Coda. Those two apps should meet most of my needs. So what else? What’s a good image editing tool these days?

I do have a local test environment on my laptop, but I am mostly using that for my mojomotor install. Thsi environment is PHP that ships with the mac and whatever the latest MySQL was a month or so ago.

What else should I be thinking of? How do you deal with your workflow?

    We use:
Coda (highly recommended) or Dreamweaver CS5 for coding (previous DW versions were awful, but CS5 is excellent for PHP coding)
For hosting we use mostly Mediatemple (GS for low-budget, DVs for everyone else), RackSpace Cloud for video
We use Photoshop for all of our comps.
Dropbox is a huge time-saver (cudos!).
    Navicat for SQL editing/backups.
    Filezilla or Anarchy for FTP.

Lately I’ve been thinking about ways to make those on-the-go, last-minute edits easier.
I’m considering making an Add-on to integrate a few things with EE for this purpose. Such as:

Mozilla skywriter - for editing php/html/js on the web (would be handy if embedded in the template editor)
    http://mozillalabs.com/skywriter/

Pixlr - for editing images (even has PSD support, would be nice to have as an option for uploaded images)
