The forgotten password request is only part working on a site I’m putting together.
I can enter a member email and receive an email with a url to reset the password. The email suggests once you’ve visited the url the site will send a second email containing the new password. But this second email is not being sent (and I’ve checked junk mail 😊
Anyone had this problem and can suggest anything?

What version and build are you using? Any extensions?

It’s on version 1.6.9, build: 20100430

Hi john, please try disabling extensions temporarily and see if that has any affect before we continue troubleshooting.
