Are there any extensions, modules, or plugins that will help me organize a Publish page with a lot of custom fields? Maybe using tabs, collapsible panels?!
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I think you’re really looking at creating a standalone entry/edit form at that point.

Thanks Boyink! Really appreciate the response. Think I’m going to end up using Gypsy and creating separate weblogs so the publish forms only have the necessary fields on them. That will allow me to keep my templates pretty simple too since a lot of the fields will be the same regardless of weblog.
