Under DOWNLOADS we have a new purchase called ‘EE 2 Multiple Site Manager Non-Commercial License’ that shows we have 20 total available sites.  We had been using ‘EE 1 Multiple Site Manager Personal License’ that had 38 total available sites. Shouldn’t we now have 58 available sites? I ask because I installed the files from our recent purchase, EE 2 MSM for EE 1.6.9 and I am still unable to create additional sites in our control panel. We currently are using 38 sites and we thought we bought 20 additional sites with are recent purchase. Is this not correct?

Is this for EE 1 or 2? Did you upgrade you version of the MSM? If you need assistance please contact Sales via email, they should be able to square you away.

I downloaded the ‘EE 2 Multiple Site Manager Non-Commercial License’ that we purchased today and installed all the 3 files (core.sites.php, cp.sites.php, lang.sites.php) into our 1.6.9 EE install overwriting the existing files. I just sent an email to Sales. Thanks for the response.
