    Hi Guys,
I posted the below in Solspaces Forum but no replies yet. I’m basically looking for the correct IF statement which will allow me to do the below. This forum may hopefully be the place to find an answer.

    Hi Guys,
I’m looking at some Calendar Examples and have a quick question. If you take the events Calendar example at http://www.dead-frog.com/comedians/tour_dates/aziz_ansari/ (not mine by the way)- I would like to know if its possible to implement one instance of an image above each month. The Image would say something like “Events For September” or “Events For October” i.e:

    in the case of http://www.dead-frog.com/comedians/tour_dates/aziz_ansari/:

    [ October.jpg - “EVENTS FOR OCTOBER” ]
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT1: Oct 1, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT2: Oct 2, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT3: Oct 3, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-
    [ November.jpg - “EVENTS FOR November” ]
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT1: Nov 1, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT2: Nov 2, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-
    EVENT3: Nov 3, 2010
    Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious Tour
    House of Blues Houston
    1204 Caroline Street
    Houston, TX 77002
    ————————————————————————————————-

    ...

When I implement code using Conditional If Statements to apply an image header to the events by month, the image appears above each month. I only want the image to appear above the first instance of the month as above. Currently the Calendar I’m testing displays events from today for the next 12 months. Any ideas please guys?

The code needs to do this: If the event in October has the earliest event start date then apply October.jpg above it. Same for November ....

I hope I’ve explained it ok. New to this stuff so keep it simple for me.
    Thanks

    hcanning,

Can you confirm if your question is regarding our own EE Calendar or Solspace’s Calendar module?
If the latter then support will have to continue on their forum I’m afraid.
