I need to be able to approve new users before they get a login to my forum.  Can’t see where to change that setting.

Or, can I disable the “Register” option and require users to contact me directly, and I can add them in the Member Manager module?

I’d also like to disable the “Visitor Statistics” and “Select a theme” features.

Found the answer to the first part, the Member management module is the key.  I can set it to manually approve by administrator.

I’d still like to know about the third part, it just looks too cluttered, and is not necessary for our needs.
