Just installed EE2.1 and getting this when saving template. The template is actually saving and displaying though

HTTP Error 502.2 - Bad Gateway

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are “‘mv’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. ‘mv’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. ‘mv’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. ‘mv’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. ‘mv’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Also in the CP, there is no background on the dropdown menus, except on hover, making them really difficult to read. Should there be?

redfred, are you doing anything other than running from the system/expressionengine folder? What about the path to your themes folder?

    Sue,

I’ve installed as per the instructions on your site, but didn’t select themes. Created my own template group and made index my home page. This isn’t being recognized as the home page though.

Path to the themes folder is correct.

That could very well be related. Have you tried deleting and re-uploading EE’s files with a different FTP client?

Just re-uploaded with Filezilla (prev used FireFTP) and still getting the error when saving templates. Could it be to do with the Windows hosting?

One good thing - the Index.php is now displaying the new template I created.

Seems it was down to the hosting, got them to switch it to a Unix server and all working now.
