Anyone is using any Flickr module that would work on EE2?
I know about this one, but seems it’s returning an error for everybody..

Hey Marta - please do not use all caps in your titles, that indicates you are screaming. =)

You might check out Brett DeWoody’s Flickr add-on

    I’m so sorry;)
It’s this kind of thinking : “I’m Polish, nobody will understand me” 😉)), so I’m yelling;))
    No more;)

    Thanks!

Lisa, I will have a question about the photos.
I started looking for flickr, because everyone says that Photo Gallery comes with EE. I don’t have it in my modules.
Does it come with the install of EE and if yes—why don’t I see it?

    Thanks!

The Photo Gallery was discontinued with EE 2.

You might contact Brett (the author) - he’s very friendly, I’m not sure what happened to those docs, but I’m sure if you let him know he can fix it up for you.

I had problems finding the docs but eventually found them here:

    Hi all,
I have a quick question on the flickr module. I’m putting together a public gallery thing at the moment and I want people to be able to contribute to a Flickr group pool.

Is there any way that the module can pick entries from a pool as opposed to just my own entries?

Update: Never mind. I didn’t realise there was an updated version of the add-on that allowed this.

    Cheers all…

Does anyone know what’s up with the Flickr plug-in?  I’d really love to use it, but it appears the site is down.  Has been since Friday.

    The link from Devot:ee: http://www.ee-hive.com/expressionengine-2/flickr

Is there another place to download it?

Same here. The site’s completely down. Does anybody have contact ID on Brett (?)?

I found, downloaded and installed the plugin from this address:
    http://www.digitalwaxworks.com/expressionengine-2/flickr/

It works perfectly and I love it, but if I try to put more than one flickr custom field in a custom group, I get a javascript error when I push “choose photo” button.
It seems that javascript and css imports are are replicated for each flickr field in custom group and create conflicts. Anyone else have the same problem?

    Thanks,
    G.

Yep had the exact problem. I also had a bunch of errors when browsing photos, and I think eventually had lots of other problems with it so I scrapped the idea and used Channel Images instead, without the flickr integration of course.

Yesterday I worked on the plugin and I fixed the multiple css/js inclusion issue. This solution works for me.
I edited ft.dww_flickr.php file, in attach .diff file thats applies to version 2.0.2
    I hope it could help.

    Thanks,
    G.
