For some reason, a site that is hosted independently has suddenly developed a problem where we can’t edit or add new entries anymore. Every other part of the CP is accessible, but when we go to the publish form it is blank.

The server recently upgraded their PHP to Version 5.3.0 and that’s the only change that we have determined. Could that be the trouble? If so, what’s the fix?

    I am using EE v1.6.9

    GuanoLad,

A blank page is usually indicative of a suppressed error.
Can you try and get some error reporting going please?

EE Wiki : HowTo Turn on Error Reporting

You may have an extension which is incompatible with your recent upgrade. hopefully an error will tell us this.

This is a blank page in the Control Panel, not on the site. Will that still work?
