I added an “image upload” (file upload) field for an entry. When I upload a new image it works. When I use an image that has already been uploaded, I get an “undefined” file which ultimately returns nothing when the entry is posted.
This is a fresh install 2.1.0, and I get the error in FF 3.3.6 Mac and Safari Mac.
I attached a screen shot of the issue.

Hi Robert,
There was similar bug report entered earlier in the beta process but it looks like it lacked feedback. Can you add you experience to that report?
