Hi - I installed the forum module and set up a forum board, but when I click the visit forums link from the forum management tab of the module, it loads this URL: http://###/index.php/forums/ but just displays my home page. Am I missing something? I’m running the structure module as well, maybe that’s interfering?

    heaversm,

What version and build of EE and forums are you running?
Do you have a htaccess file?

I worked this out. Apparently the forum name and trigger word can’t be the same thing(?). The screenshot in the docs shows them being the same so I copied the example, but once I changed the forum name it showed up.

heaversm, usually they can be the same. You might be seeing a Structure or Page conflict if something else is named ‘forums’. Either way, glad you got it working and don’t hesitate with further questions.
