Brandon, I did on the dev server. Same issue is occurring. I do not believe we have the back-up prior to the modification as we’ve just rSync’d the live site to dev, so I could update to 1.7.0 to determine if it would fix the issue. I’ve contacted John and Sue via PM to give direct access to EE and the phpMyAdmin/DB. Please let me know if I should contact someone else on your team directly.

Brandon, as a follow up we don’t have the full database, but we have a copy of the table prior
    to the DB update/changes.

Are you using any extensions or mod_security on your site? When you use an exp:channel:entries tag instead of exp:weblog:calendar in a template all by itself, do those missing entries appear?

  • #19 / Oct 29, 2010 4:58pm

Ingmar, I’m using a whole bunch of extensions from Leevi Graham, Brandon Kelly and Solspace. I could disable all extension but I don’t think it will change anything. I still think it all comes down to something in the database.

As I said before you can see all entries fine in the exp:weblog:entries template on the left hand side (monthly archives), example: http://www.hispanicallyspeakingnews.com/notitas-de-noticias/archives-test/2010/09/

You mentioned exp:channel:entries, isn’t that EE2.x related? The site is running on 1.6.8 and 1.7.0 on dev for testing purposes.

    Hi Martin,

From the test you performed with a different weblog called ‘immigration’; does that weblog have the same status group as the one that is not working?

    Cheers

    Greg,

Yes, sir. Same Status Group, same Field Group.

    Lunchbox Collective,

I’ve contacted John and Sue via PM to give direct access to EE and the phpMyAdmin/DB.

I passed on the extra info to my colleagues but not the login details as we use a secure form for that and do not keep login details on file.

Can you go ahead and check your email please

    John,

All info has been submitted. I’ve also contacted you personally via email. Thank you.

    Lunchbox Collective,

The calendar tag like the weblog:entries tag has a limit of 100 entries by default.
In your notitas-de-noticias/sidebar template I increased this by adding the parameter limit=“500” to your calendar tag

This seemed to have solved your issue.

    Can you confirm?

    John,

 That have fixed it! Perhaps you should add it to the official documentation? I have totally missed it as a note to this page: http://expressionengine.com/legacy_docs/modules/weblog/calendar.html#2951

Thank you so much for your support. You can mark it as solved now.
