Hi install went smoothly but on going to login I’m getting the following php error:

A PHP Error was encountered

Severity: Warning

Message: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/webaddresshere.co.uk/httpdocs:/tmp:/usr/local/share/pear)

I too had renamed the system folder.

You will need to ask your host whether they can remove or edit your open_basedir restriction.
