Hi, smartpill - The knowledge base articles have been moved to the FAQ Forum and the User Guide Troubleshooting Section as appropriate.

Where would I find an article such as “How can I use HTML to format my RSS feed?”?

I believe you’ll want to wrap your body part of the article in CDATA as so. That’ll make the article show HTML in your RSS feed. (I was looking for that answer a day or two ago!)
