The reason I ask is b/c I’m trying to get ED Imageresizer to work with MSM. Hard coded paths work, but I need those paths to be dynamic on the site being viewed?
So, can these be added through the path.php on each server?

You will need to approach the developer for ED Imageresizer to see if he has a MSM compatible version. The alternative is ImageSizer which I believe is MSM compatible but I’m not a 100% sure.
