    Mod Split from here

I am having the same issue, and have checked to confirm that gd v2 and jpg are installed. I have the Enable CAPTCHAs for Tell-a-Friend and Contact emails set to yes, but it does not show in safari. In Firefox, everything is visible.

    Welcome to the forums 😊

What version and build of EE are you using?
You can find this in the footer of your control panel.

    What version of Safari?
Have you got a link to your site?

What browser are you logged into your control panel in?

If i turn on the require captcha for logged in members it does show up. It would appear that the cp is not fully logging out?

This would indicate that you are not logged out, yes. I for one (not logged in, obviously) am being presented with a CAPTCHA, so the server is clearly able to create one.
