Is it possible to integrate my expression engine site with an external blog. so that when the blog user put an entry in that blog I can show the details in my expression engine site.

Nallasivan,
If your external blog is capable of producing an RSS feed then you can use the Magpie plugin to display that feed on your website.
Note that it will not pull them in as EE entries but rather just show them on your front end.
